Terms and Conditions

All Sales are final due to the customization of the items, we do strive to make all customers happy! If for any reason, you are not happy, please email us to resolve any issues. We extend every chance to change a design, but orders are unable to change once processing has begun. For all questions or concerns, email us or call. 

We require 50% down on all orders. Proofs available upon request but may not be exact sizing for apparel. We use US Standard apparel printing sizes during application. If a specific size is required on apparel items, please notify us of such. 2 Proofs included will each order; after that, it is $7 per proof. Payment required before proof is sent and products being added to our production line. 

3 proofs for signs and banners will be included is sign/banner cost. After that, it is $7 per proof and will be billed prior to proof being sent. All design and proof payment must be made prior to production of items. 

There is a 4.2% fee on all cards/ACH transfers on site- Online ordering includes this fee. 

Cash/Check are welcome- Must present a VALID ID at time of payment for orders above $100. VALID IDs are subject to being copied for check payments. 

Follow all instructions on washing and drying your customized products, 

1. Wash inside out in cold water with mild detergent on gentle cycle. 

          * DO NOT overload washer. This can cause items to tangle and stretch- we will not replace when this      happens.

2. Tumble on lowest temp or air tumble. 

         *We prefer all our products be hung to dry as it helps make our designs last the life of the shirt. 

3. DO NOT DRY CLEAN or expose to high temps. 

4. DO NOT iron the area of shirt with our design as it can cause damage.
